Our Verdict

CME GPS Drone came with a very good concept- a pocket-friendly, lightweight, easy to use selfie stick. But for most of the users, the experience hasn’t been good despite all the features it offers. It has stopped mid-flight several times and is really not worth the hype. Even though it is integrated with a GPS, the low range of the GPS nullifies all its features. It is the only quantity and very little quality.

But at the same time, the price is low. One must not expect too much at such a price. Overall, if one just wants to have fun with it and not engage in drone photography, then it isn’t a bad choice. It is for amateurs. It is really not fit for anyone thinking about doing something professionally with it.

Design

Its dimensions are 2.52 x 4.8 x 6.23 inches. It weighs around 8 ounces. It is black in colour. It is designed in a way to ensure that it is very small and can even be carried anywhere in your pocket. Yes, You read it right. IN YOUR POCKET! It is extremely light which also adds to its mobility feature.

The app is quite well built and allows us to set almost everything. The photos and videos also get instantly transferred to the phone. It is quite easy to use the phone as a remote control. The drone can fly through the joystick which appears on the phone’s screen.

For any drone, battery life is a very important factor. The main purpose of a drone is to get the perfect shot and sometimes that shot might take a lot of time. This drone has 10 minutes of battery life which is very good. Any customer must expect the same in this price range.

10 minutes is quite a good time for any drone to get all that you need. For most of the customers, the flying time after a full charge for this drone has been eight to ten minutes. The hype that its concept created has been long eroded due to its performance. But nothing more should be expected at such a low price. The camera quality is still very good and it can perform all the basic functions. It’s perfect for those who just want to have fun.
